<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a lithium battery adjusting electrodes at desired thickness and with excellent production efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the lithium battery includes a process of preparing active material slurry by dispersing an active material in a solvent containing a lithium-ion conductive binder, a process of preparing solid electrolyte slurry by dispersing sulfide-based solid electrolyte in a solvent containing the binder, a process of forming an active material sheet and a solid electrolyte sheet, respectively, by dropping the slurry on a substrate with side guards, adjusting slurry thicknesses with a blade, and further, heating, drying and peeling off the slurry, a process of cutting side-guard side face parts of the active material sheet and the solid electrolyte sheet, respectively, a process of forming a laminated body by pinching the cut solid electrolyte sheet with the two sheets of cut active material sheets, a process of vacuum hot-pressing at a temperature higher than a melting point of the lithium-ion conductive binder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
