A DELIVERY VALVE FOR A DIESEL ENGINE

PURPOSE: A delivery valve for a diesel engine is provided to minimize cavitation by rapidly blocking pressure drop and increasing remaining voltage. CONSTITUTION: A delivery valve for a diesel engine comprises a shuttle valve case(11), a shuttle valve(12), a valve seat(13), a check valve(14), a shuttle valve spring(S1), and a return spring(S2). The shuttle valve case is installed between a fuel pump top cover and a delivery valve housing. The shuttle valve case comprises a fuel channel(113), a shuttle valve carrying hole(112), and a valve seat carrying hole(111). The shuttle valve is inserted into the valve seat carrying hole and opens and closes the fuel channel. The shuttle valve comprises a valve seat inlet hole(121), a shuttle valve through-hole(122) and a shuttle valve groove(123). The front of the valve seat is inserted into the shuttle valve groove and the rear is inserted into the valve seat carrying hole. The movement of the shuttle valve is fixed by the valve seat. The check valve is inserted into a check valve inlet hole(132) and the check valve inlet hole is opened and closed. A check valve groove(141) is formed on the exterior of the check valve. The shuttle valve spring moves the shuttle valve forward and moves the check valve rearward. The return spring is formed on the return spring carrying hole.
