<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for mounting an impact-resisting protective plate on a concrete structure, which enables the rubber protective plate to be easily retrofitted to the concrete structure such as a check dam and a bridge pier, which makes the protective plate hardly come off the concrete structure, even on the occurrence of collision of the plate against a rock or driftwood, and which enhances impact resistance of a bolt so that an impact cannot be directly applied to the bolt for fixing the protective plate. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This impact-resisting protective plate (1) for use comprises: a rubber protective plate body (11); a netlike body (2) which is embedded in the protective plate body (11); a plurality of washers (13) which are fixed to the netlike body (2); and stepped deep holes (14) which are drilled in the locations of the washers (13). Slots (2a) identical in disposition and number to the stepped deep holes (14) are drilled in the concrete structure (2) using the impact-resisting protective plate (1) in place of an implement. An insert nut (3) is fixed in the slot (2a); the impact-resisting protective plate (1) is mounted on the concrete structure (2) by screwing the bolt (4) into the insert nut (3); and the head (4a) of the bolt (4) is sunk into the protective plate body (11).
