<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method for updating a charged amount by adding a prescribed automatic charged amount to the charged amount in a smart card when a charged balance is changed to an amount lower than a basic amount. <P>SOLUTION: The system for automatically updating the charged amount on a smart card embedded in a cellular phone includes a user terminal which generates a terminal identification data and mobile charge request information, and generates mobile charge completion information by receiving a charge request approval breakdown SMS (Shot Message Service), and an automatic charge server. The user terminal generates an automatic charge request SMS, and updates the mobile charge completion information by receiving an automatic charge approval breakdown SMS when a charged balance in the smart card is changed to an amount lower than an automatic charge basic amount. The automatic charge server receives the automatic charge request SMS, deducts an automatic charge amount from the charged amount included in the mobile charge request information, updates charge user information, and generates the automatic charge approval breakdown SMS. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
