The invention concerns a relaxant device of the cervical spine muscles of a human being, consisting of counterweight means (c) and relative support means (10, 11, 12) on a skull, suitable to arrange said-counterweights in-the rear part of the skull, the counterweights being such as to substantially balance the weight of the skull with respect to the rotation fulcrum thereof.
