<p>Dough measuring machine is provided with a storage chamber for the dough, and a suction and pressure chamber equipped with a piston, this chamber functioning as measuring chamber, the piston withdrawing an excess of dough from the storage chamber while the suction and pressure chamber is displaced relative to the storage chamber, the suction towards the measuring chamber, the withdrawal to the storage chamber, and the deaeration of the dough in the measuring chamber occurring during the displacement of the suction and pressure chamber. The machine enables the amount of dough to be accurately measured out, and is capable of handling all kinds of dough.</p> |
