The droppers are connected to the ends of outgoing pipes of the initial mixture distribution device, under which a receiving semitubular device is installed that is connected through a pipeline and a second heat-exchange device to a second pump and a ready granules collector that has replaceable mesh bags. Production of spherical granules of standard rate is provided.
