METHOD OF MAKE DIFFUSION PATTERN ON LIGHT GUIDE PLATE FOR SURFACE LIGHT SOURCE

PURPOSE: A method for forming a scattering pattern of a light guide plate for forming a surface source is provided to obtain a product with high quality by uniformly irradiating the light with high brightness on all areas. CONSTITUTION: A kind of a light guide plate is selected(S1). A pattern is designed by considering a size of a dot of a light guide plate, an interval between dots, and the arrangement of the dots(S2). The light guide plate is prepared. A film with a mesh shape corresponding to the scattering pattern is masked on a target surface of the light guide plate(S3). A print process is performed using a screen printing machine(S4). The scattering pattern is formed on the light guide plate through the screen print. The light guide plate including the scattering pattern is dried at a conveyor dryer at 45 degrees centigrade for two minutes. The completed light guide plate is manufactured through a drying process(S5).
