<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flushing water delivery device capable of preventing the installation position of a chemical tank from being restricted by preventing the chemical flowing in a circulation path from reversely flowing from the chemical tank without relying upon a water head generated when the chemical tank is installed at a low position. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This flushing water delivery device A delivers a chemically mixed flushing water formed by mixing a liquid chemical in the flushing water flowing in a flushing water flow passage 1 from a delivery port 2. The flushing water delivery device comprises the chemical tank 3 for storing the liquid chemical therein, the circulation path 4 both ends 4a, 4b of which are connected to the chemical tank 3, a circulation pump 5 for circulating the liquid chemical in the circulation path 4 into the circulation path 4, and a branch path 6 which is branched from the circulation path 4 and which communicates with the inside of the flushing water flow passage 1. The flushing water delivery device further comprises a chemical supply means for supplying the liquid chemical circulating in the circulation path 4 into the flushing water flow passage 1 via the branch path 6 and a reverse flow prevention means 7 on the downstream side of the portion of the circulation path 4 branched from the branch path 6.
