<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a transparent electrode excellent in transparency and conductivity, and a transparent electrode manufactured by using the manufacturing method, and also to provide an organic electronic element including the transparent electrode and capable of coping even with an increase in area and being driven at low voltage. <P>SOLUTION: A transparent electrode includes, on a transparent substrate, a conductive metal thin wire pattern formed of a metal nanoparticle, and a conductive polymer-containing layer including at least a π-conjugated conductive polymer and polyanions on the metal thin wire pattern. In a method for manufacturing the transparent electrode, the conductive polymer-containing layer is formed on the metal thin wire pattern, and then heating and firing is performed with flash light irradiation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
