PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biomolecule test system capable of examining a plurality of samples. SOLUTION: An examination device includes a measuring unit 1 having an interception part for blocking a solid-shaped carrier flow, wherein a biomolecule test chip with a reaction channel for sending a solution including target biomolecules therethrough is arranged, and having an imaging means 310 for acquiring an observation image of the reaction channel; and a controller 2 having a lightness calculation means 417 for calculating lightness per pixel of a reaction product existing around the target biomolecules captured by the interception part from the observation image, and a calculation means 419 of change with time of lightness for calculating the change with time of the lightness per pixel.
