<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module having a solar cell element whose curvature is reduced. <P>SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing the solar cell module includes steps of: preparing leads and a plurality of solar cell elements including a first surface and a second surface on the reverse side of the first surface and having an electrode on the second surface; soldering the leads to electrodes of the plurality of solar cell elements on a first stage; sucking the plurality of solar cell elements having the leads soldered to a plate and conveying them; sucking and fixing the plurality of solar cell elements having been conveyed to a second stage which is lower in temperature than the first stage; and releasing the plate and the plurality of solar cell elements fixed to the second stage from being sucked. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
