<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a light weight and productivity of an insert T-nut, and provide an insert T-nut with good appearance capable of being rigidly mounted to a member to be mounted and without projection of a flange part. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The insert T-nut is formed of an interior screw body formed by drawing an iron-based plate material, and having a tubular shaft part on one part of an inner periphery of which a female screw is indented, and a disc-like flange part formed at one end of the tubular shaft part going directly to an axial core of the tubular shaft part; and a synthetic resin layer wherein a nonslip protrusion is provided on a surface portion. The synthetic resin layer is formed on an outer peripheral portion of the tubular shaft part of the interior screw body except for the flange part, and the interior screw body and the synthetic resin layer are formed integrally by irrotational means and nonslip protrusion means.
