<p>PURPOSE: High density micro fabric and a structure including the same are provided to offer versatile usability of products, and to offer easy applicability in extensive industrial fields efficiently and conveniently. CONSTITUTION: The fineness of both strands or a strand is 5 ~ 100 denier. The fineness of mono-filament inside the strand is 0. 1~ 1.5 denier. Warp threads are polyester, or nylon and polyester composite yarns. Weft threads are nylon, polyester, or nylon and the polyester composite yarns. The k value of the shrank high density micro fabric is 22 or more by arranging and mixing nylon high shrinkage yarns, partially oriented yarns, spin draw yarns, or PVA-based water soluble fibers.</p> |
