PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent reduction of alignment property of a bundle of sheets by preventing loading failure, and to prevent reduction of dignity of a binding product. SOLUTION: Sheet pressing members 590a, 590b can be moved to a pressing position for pressing the bundle of sheets stacked on a sheet stacking part 530 and a retreating position spaced from the bundle of sheets and retreated in a direction crossing to a sheet conveying direction. Further, before the sheet is conveyed to the sheet stacking part 530 by crossing movement parts 600a, 600b, the sheet pressing members 590a, 590b are moved to the pressing position to press the bundle of sheets stacked on the sheet stacking part 530.
