<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a splash prevention device which can easily be carried or attached to one's shoes by merely clipping onto them, and can prevent rain water, mud, dirt, or the like splashed to the prevention device itself from splashing again onto other areas. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A splash prevention board against rain water or the like which has a fixed auxiliary water drip board is attached to a portion where a clip-type attachment in the shape of U that is made of an elastic material having a pin serving as the pivot, is rotatably mounted. The attachment is mounted to the heel of a shoe for use by holding the upper part of the heel of the shoe in between from the top. When the heel is raised, splashed up rain water or the like, the rain water or the like is blocked with the splash prevention board and then made to drip down to the ground as the splash prevention board rotates about the pin in the front downward direction. When the heel is put down on the ground, rain water or the like attached to the prevention board, if any, is flicked off with the auxiliary water drip board grounding together with the heel.
