PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a wireless relay apparatus capable of facilitating installation work. SOLUTION: A wireless relay apparatus (relay station 2) with integrated antennas includes: a first antenna 6 for exchanging radio waves with a base station 1; a second antenna 7 for exchanging radio waves with a terminal station (mobile station 3); and a casing 5 connected to the first antenna 6 and the second antenna 7 and having a circuit (circuit board 8) for relaying a radio signal stored therein.
