PURPOSE: A photoelectric conversion device module and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent the characteristic change of a top cell due to light deterioration by comprising a bottom cell with a single crystal semiconductor layer. CONSTITUTION: A photoelectric conversion cell(140d,140e) is arranged on a base substrate with a preset interval. A first electrode(114) is formed on an insulation layer(112) on the base plate. A first unit cell(120) with a single crystal semiconductor layer is formed on the first electrode. A second unit cell(130) with the amorphous semiconductor layer is formed on the first unit cell. A second electrode(142) is formed on the second unit cell. An auxiliary electrode(144) is formed on the second electrode. The first unit cell and the second unit cell are formed between a pair of electrodes comprised of the first and second electrodes. |
