PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for coating an aged pipe are provided, which make coating performance improved by drying coating solution after coating and can make the coating solution reused. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for coating an aged pipe comprises a connector of an inlet(30), a coating solution storing tank(10), a coating solution transfer blower(20), a coating blower(22), a drying blower(24), a connector of an outlet(32), a coating solution collection tank(40). The connector of an inlet is combined with the aged pipe(100). The coating solution storing tank transfers the coating solution to the connector of the inlet. The coating blower blows the pneumatic pressure in order to flow the coating solution through the inside of the pipe. The drying blower blows the coating solution drying air into the pipe. The connector of the outlet is combined with the aged pipe. The coating solution collection tank collects the residual coating solution.
