<p>A transcoder (22) receives plural kinds of streams, in which image contents are encoded, and decoded information, and once decodes each of the image contents using the plural kinds of streams and decoded information. The transcoder (22) reduces or enlarges the screen size of each of the decoded images to synthesize the images into a single image, performs re-encoding of the synthesized image so as to output the re-encoded streams and the decoded information to a transmitting unit (23). The transmitting unit (23) receives the decoded information and the encoded streams after the conversion from the transcoder (22) and outputs them to a terminal (3) through a transmission path (102).</p> |
