<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make inconspicuous an appearance color of a sealing resin portion 3 to seal a light emitting element 6 and element structure in the sealing resin portion in a modest in a light emitting device 1 which mounts a light emitting element 6 on a substrate 2, thereby preventing a defect which spoils an appearance of a portable telephone since an affinity between an appearance color of a camera illumination flash light portion and a case color of a portable telephone is not good in a portable telephone or the like using such a light emitting device as a camera illumination flash portion. <P>SOLUTION: The light emitting device 1 mounts the light emitting element 6 on the substrate 2 and seals the light emitting element 6 with a sealing resin portion 3, the surface of the sealing resin portion 3 is uneven, and the upper surface of protrusion 41 of the surface of the sealing resin portion 3 is colored with a color different from the appearance color of the sealing resin portion 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
