PURPOSE: An antibacterial composition containing culture medium supernatant of lactobacillus pentosus and polylysine is provided to enhance antibacterial ability of the polylysine and ensure effective sterilization. CONSTITUTION: An antibacterial composition contains culture medium supernatant and polylysine obtained by centrifuging culture medium. The weight ratio of polylysine and solid powder of culture medium supernatant is 1:80~1:400. The polylysine is obtained by aerobic culture of Streptomyces albulus. The composition further contains glycerin, alcohol, lactic acid and purified water.
