PURPOSE: A screen print device preventing a paste from loosing and spreading and a screen printing method are provided to adhere closely to the surface of a base material and to make the thickness of a paste layer uniformly. CONSTITUTION: A screen print device comprises a jig(150) and a cooling unit. The Jig is combined in a mask(170). A screen-printed base material(160) is settled on the jig. The cooling unit cools the printed paste and decreases the viscosity of the paste. The cooling unit equalizes the thickness of the paste layer on the base material uniformly. The cooling unit cools the paste touched with the base material. A cooling-water circulation flow path is formed inside the jig. |
