Disclosed is a resin composition containing at least one plasticizer and a thermoplastic polyphenylene sulfide resin (a). This resin composition has at least one tan H peak, which is determined by dynamic viscoelasticity measurement performed at a frequency of 10 Hz, a strain of 0.1% and a heating rate of 3°C/min., within the temperature range of 65-95°C (inclusive). Consequently, this resin composition has excellent low-temperature shrinkability, while satisfying characteristics such as flame retardancy, heat resistance, electrical characteristics, chemical resistance and electrolyte solution resistance which are required for a heat shrinkable tube.
