<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a fuel of a resin material, in which in disposal of a plastic (synthetic resin) product, the plastic product is disposed relatively simply and is turned to practical use as a fuel even in a recyclable part, a hardly recyclable part and wastes of a reinforced plastic. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An edible oil (waste oil) O is mixed with a synthetic resin fragment P and garbage in the weight ratio of the synthetic resin to the garbage of 100: about 100-300, and is heated and melted in a heating container W. The synthetic resin fragment P, the garbage etc., are dissolved in an edible oil, cooled and solidified. Then, pellets for fuel are manufactured in the courses of cooling and solidification.
