The unit has a bar, and a two-disk system (7) whose inner disk and an outer disk are held together by a screw connection or by a tubular ring (1). The tubular ring has an inner winding drill hole i.e. threaded sleeve (6), for holding a rotary part (2), an outer winding (3) and a pin bore hole (5) for holding a pin. A grid network is arranged in front or behind the outer disk, where the grid network is provided as large as the outer disk. A rubber band is arranged on a rear side of the disks. The disks are coated with color titanium, and are provided with stainless steel mirrors.
