PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze a data pattern, power supply noise, and a correlation between the data pattern and the power supply noise when a data error occurs to a semiconductor integrated circuit. SOLUTION: A semiconductor integrated circuit (200) includes; a circuit block (210) connected to a computation processing device via a bus; power supply noise data signal generating means (220, 230, 231 and 232) which make power supply noise which occurs to a power supply that makes the circuit block operate convert from an analog signal to a digital signal to generate a power supply noise data signal; an error detecting means (260) which detects errors of data which are output to the bus from the circuit block; and a writing-controlling means (250) which correlates power supply noise information based on the power supply noise data signal with the data on the bus to write them to a storage means (280) and stops writing them to the storage means in response to timing at which errors are detected by the error detecting means.
