摘要 <p>The method comprises producing long laid scrim through coil-like progressing rolls of long threads in the direction of predetermined width of the band, applying a transverse strengthening structure on the laid scrim for forming a tube-like composite structure, and batched discarding of the tube-like structures from the sections in such a way that the structure forms a flat product (13), whose length corresponds to the half circumference of the tube-like structure and which provides seam loops (16, 17) on its ends oppositively lying to each other. The method comprises producing long laid scrim through coil-like progressing rolls of long threads in the direction of predetermined width of the band, applying a transverse strengthening structure on the laid scrim for forming a tube-like composite structure, batched discarding of the tube-like structures from the sections in such a way that the structure forms a flat product (13), whose length corresponds to the half circumference of the tube-like structure and which provides seam loops (16, 17) on its ends oppositively lying to each other, where the seam loops are formed through a coil-like wrapped longitudinal thread, providing further flat products, forming an endless band through various arrangements of the flat products and its interconnection at the seam loops, and connecting the respective section of the flat products for forming a base structure from the tube-like structures. The endless fabrication and/or formation of the endless band are carried out before the connection of the sections to each other. The flat products are spanned after the fabrication in its longitudinal direction. A carrier layer is subjected after the production of the laid scrim and before subjecting of the transverse strengthening structure of the laid scrim. The laid scrim and the transverse strengthening structure are connected over the carrier layer with one another. The carrier layer is formed through a non-woven fabric layer of a foil layer. The transverse strengthening structure comprises a transverse fiber arrangement, which is formed by a web, tissue, knit, transverse fiber arrangement or gauze cloth. The transverse strengthening structure is formed through transverse strengthening modules stretching on a part of the length of the transverse fiber arrangement. The transverse strengthening modules are arranged for forming the transverse strengthening structure in longitudinal direction of the band. The transverse fiber arrangement is connected through stretching with the non-woven fabric layer or imbedded in the non-woven fabric layer, which comprises melt adhesive fibers and is connected with the transverse fiber arrangement through the melt adhesive fibers. The transverse strengthening structure is connected with the non-woven fabric layer through the melt adhesive fibers. The carrier layer is produced in which a carrier web stretching itself only on the part of the predetermined width of the band is wrapped in the direction of the band. The base structure is brought in transverse thread direction under tensile strength and subjected to heat treatment. The seam loops are connected through a stuck wire with one another. The base structure is stretched on its upper side with non-woven fabric layer and/or on its under side with the non-woven fabric layer. Particle forming polymer materials are subjected on the upper side and/or on the lower side. The polymer materials are subjected on the fiber of the non-woven fabric layer and form a porous composite structure. The polymer materials are melted after its application in the non-woven fabric layer. The transverse fiber arrangement forms a monofilament thread and the transverse strengthening structure comprises multifilament threads.</p>
