PROCESS FOR PRODUCING POLYMER ALLOY AND POLYMER ALLOY

A process for producing a polymer alloy, in which deaeration, molding, etc. can be performed while maintaining a microscopic phase separation structure. The process for producing a polymer alloy comprises at least the step (1) of mixing two or more types of resins being incompatible with each other at ordinary temperature/ordinary pressure with a solvent being liquid or gaseous at ordinary temperature/ordinary pressure; the step (2) of heating and pressurizing the solvent into a high temperature/high pressure fluid or supercritical fluid and performing mixing in that condition; the step (3) of returning the mixture obtained in the step (2) to ordinary temperature/ordinary pressure; and the step (4) of irradiating the mixture obtained in the step (3) with ionizing radiation.
