<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED lamp which is improved in luminance while being decreased in number of components and reduced in cost. <P>SOLUTION: The LED lamp A1 comprises a substrate 10 and a plurality of LED modules 30 mounted on a top surface 10a of the substrate 10, and the top surface 10a of the substrate 10 is formed into a specular surface.
