PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat with a reclining mechanism capable of preventing an erroneous operation by a person seated in a back seat and having operation levers easily operated both of persons seated in a front seat and the back seat. SOLUTION: A seat back part 3 has swelling parts 31 and 32 swelling rearward near its both side parts, and an operation portion 53c of the operation lever 53 of a reclining mechanism 50 is provided on the inside of a top part 31a of either swelling part 31 to project to the rearward from the seat back part 3. When the person seated in the front seat operates it, the person turns an arm to the back face of the seat back part 3 and operates the operation portion 53c of the operation lever 53. When the person pushes the operation portion 53c to release the locking by locking means, the seat back part 3 supported by a rotation control mechanism is allowed to be tilted.
