<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a convenient relay conveyance device in which jammed paper can be easily taken out without being interrupted by an alignment member when the paper jamming occurs. <P>SOLUTION: The relay conveyance device has a paper carrying-in part, a paper carrying-out part, and a paper storage part which stores paper sheets conveyed from the paper carrying-in part and conveys the paper sheets to the paper carrying-out part. The paper storage part comprises a first alignment member for carrying out alignment of the paper sheets to a conveyance direction, a first paper holding member arranged on the first alignment member side, a second alignment member arranged opposite to the first paper holding member and carrying out alignment to a direction orthogonal to the paper conveyance direction, a second paper holding member arranged on the second alignment member side, and a rotation shaft for integrally rotating the second alignment member and the second paper holding member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
