PURPOSE: A display device and a clock embedding method are provided to transmit data more efficiently by allotting a long transmission line on a circuit substrate in which a data driving chip is built. CONSTITUTION: In a display device and a clock embedding method, a display device includes a signal control unit and a data drive chip. The signal control unit(600) provides an integrated signal in which data control signal is combined with an image data signal. A plurality of data drive chips receives the integrated signal, and each data drive chip is decided with a master type or a slave type. A driving chip of the master type is driven by receiving the first integrated signals from the signal control unit, and the driving chip of the slave type is driven by a second integrated signals through the driving chip of the master type. |
