<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for enhancing convenience by performing various works, by providing the tool for collecting and housing a tip part of a cut separator bolt by breaking off the tip part of the separator bolt by bending and breaking, and also removing a plastic cone. <P>SOLUTION: The tip of a tubular body 21 is provided with a cylindrical breaking-off part 22 for inserting the tip part 4 of the separator bolt 2.
