PURPOSE: Provided is a method for preparing a health food material using Acanthopanax senticosus berries. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a health food material using Acanthopanax senticosus berries comprises the following steps of: collecting slightly unripe Acanthopanax senticosus berries; removing foreign materials from the Acanthopanax senticosus berries and washing them with water; steaming the washed Acanthopanax senticosus berries at the temperature of 80~85°C for 30-50 minutes; and drying the steamed Acanthopanax senticosus berries at the temperature of 60~65°C for 10-12 hours.
