<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sign with solid arrows which is installed on the side of a road for traffic safety, which has high visual line guide effect, and which is less damaged even if hit by something. <P>SOLUTION: This sign with solid arrows having elasticity and optical recurrence reflection comprises a tabular reflecting marker and a pedestal. The tabular reflecting marker is generally diagonally attached to the pedestal. The reflecting marker can be attached to various signs and is formed in a simple structure.
