PURPOSE: An apparatus for aligning a lens is provided to improve productivity by reducing a clamping error. CONSTITUTION: A fixing part fixes a lens assembly. An aligning control unit(20) controls alignment of a lens. A transfer part transfers the aligning control unit. A confirming part displays an aligning control state of the lens to outside. The aligning control unit includes an elastic spring(50), a chuck(40), and a holder(30) coupled in a driving part. The elastic spring provides an elastic force in order to maintain a horizontal state of the lens about an external shock.
