PURPOSE: A camera module inspecting and focus adjusting device is provided to efficiently accurately process a series of camera module inspecting processes by one process. CONSTITUTION: A camera module inspecting and focus adjusting device includes a base(10), a socket frame(40), a socket board(41,42), a collet unit(20), a rotation axis, and a rotation plate(31). The base comprises the first, second and third driving units. The socket frame is rotated by the first driving unit. The socket board is on both sides of the socket frame. The socket board is elevated by the second driving unit and mounted on a camera module.
