<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a cutable line 50 that a user can easily cut while continuously conveying a connected body 130 of flaps 30 on a flap line without using high-grade control. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of an absorbent article includes: a process of arranging fastening members 40a and 40b that are fastenable on both sides of the vicinity area of a center line C along an MD direction in the connected body 130 of the flaps 30 in a long length shape continuously conveyed on the flap line; a process of forming the cutable line 50 that can divide the connected body 130 of the flaps 30 in two along the center line C; a process of forming the flaps 30 by cutting the connected body 130 of the flaps 30 along a CD direction on the flap line; and a process of arranging the flaps 30 on the connected bodies 120a and 120b of front torso surrounding members 20b or back torso surrounding members 20a so that the center line C is orthogonal to the conveying direction of a main body line on the main body line. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
