PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building unit which enables a building structure for decoration to be easily constructed on a job site without the complication of the structure. SOLUTION: Unit-side brackets 211, 221 and 231 for supporting pilaster materials 181 and 182 constituting a pilaster 1A are preattached to skeletons 14 of the building units 32 and 42 in a factory; and waterproof portions 20 are provided in the brackets 211, 221 and 231, and the skeletons 14, respectively. Since waterproof treatment for the brackets 211, 221 and 231 and the skeletons 14 is completed in the factory, the waterproof treatment on the job site is facilitated.
