PREPARATION METHOD OF HOMOGENEOUS SIZED POLYMER NANOPARTICLES CONTAINING WATER-INSOLUBLE DRUGS

PURPOSE: A preparation method of uniform-sized polymer nanoparticles containing water-insoluble drugs is provided to enhance the solubility and dissolution rate of the drugs and to secure sustained drug release. CONSTITUTION: A preparation method of uniform-sized polymer nanoparticles containing water-insoluble drugs comprises the following steps of: dissolving biodegradable polymer in a non-volatile polarized organic solvent; putting water-insoluble drugs in water, and adding the water-insoluble drugs into the biodegradable polymer solution to prepare a dispersion solution; and adding the dispersion solution into an emulsion aqueous solution with low mechanical energy. The non-volatile polarized organic solvent is highly compatible with water. The water-insoluble drugs in the dispersion solution exist as oil or crystal.
