PURPOSE: An LED lighting unit is provided to obtain a light of high luminance through LEDs of low number by maintaining an irradiation angle of the LED light into 300 degree. CONSTITUTION: An LED lighting unit(100) includes a light emitting part(10), a main body(20), and a cover(30). The light emitting part comprises an LED and a PCB. The LED is mounted on the PCB. A base is coupled in the main body. A positive power terminal and a negative power terminal are arranged in an outer wall and a bottom surface of the base. The cover is coupled in a top part of the main body. A mounting part is formed inside the main body. The light emitting part is coupled in the mounting part. The mounting part has a height corresponding to thickness of the light emitting part. The mounting part is formed between a top end of the main body and a plurality of protrusions. The protrusions are formed in an inner circumference of the main body.
