<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server for eliminating necessity to pay for the expense of a battery charger when the battery charger is purchased, so as to promote the usage of a cellular phone and to promote the collection of the battery charger, and to provide a system. <P>SOLUTION: The charge collection charger 10 receives the unit number of a mobile telephone unit 50 which is transmitted by the mobile telephone unit 50 detecting the connection of the battery charger 60, performs authentication by determining that the unit number of the mobile telephone unit 50 performing the reception is the same as that of the mobile telephone unit 50 stored in a user information DB 20, transmits the authentication result to the mobile telephone unit 50, calculates usage charge data of the battery charger 60, and then, transmits the calculated usage charge data to a charge server 90 in order to perform addition to the call charge data of the mobile telephone unit 50.
