PURPOSE: A flat lighting apparatus using light emitting diode is provided to efficiently use the light by controlling the diffusion rate and illumination angle of the light. CONSTITUTION: The case(1) includes the opening portion which passes the light. The case includes the first fixing unit(1b), the connection part(1c), and the second fixing unit(1d). The first fixing units are the light guide plate(5), and the first diffusing plate(7) and the part in which the second diffusing plate(9) is inserted. The connection part is formed in the outer side and is the opposite side of the first fixing units. The connecting member(11) is inserted in the connection part. The light emitting diodes are arranged to the substrate of bar form.
