摘要 PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for functionally imaging a blood vessel using pharmacokinetic analysis are provided to form an image about the pharmacokinetic change by measuring the temporal variation of a fluorescent material injected into an object. CONSTITUTION: An image acquisition part(100) photographs the spatial distribution of the fluorescent material flowing in the object according to the time. The image acquisition part includes a stage, an optical source, an optical sensor, and a dark room. The object is loaded on the stage. The optical source irradiates the light with the preset wavelength to the object. The optical sensor photographs the temporal variation of the fluorescent material inside the object. The dark room blocks the stage, the optical source and the optical sensor. An image analysis part(200) forms an image according to the parameter by extracting a functional parameter map about vascular density, perfusion, and permeability. An output unit(300) outputs the image formed by the image analysis part.
