The device has a copy table (103) providing an output sequence of data of a bus system (105). A transmission unit (101) transmits the data between the bus system and another bus system (107) according to the sequence. A memory stored the data of the system (105), where the unit includes a hard-wired or non-programmable or hard-coded control unit for accesses to the copy table. An output of the memory is connected with a multiplexer of the unit. Another memory stores additional data, where the unit combines the data with the additional data and supplies the combined data to the system (107). Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a communication method including a method for transmitting data between two bus systems (2) a program-technical device for executing a communication method (3) a computer program product having instructions for implementing a communication method and a method for transmitting data between two bus systems when the program is executed on a computer. |
