<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability by reducing the number of O-rings used in an air/water feeding device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The air/water feeding device 11 is disposed inside a hand operating part of an endoscope. The air/water feeding device 11 feeds the gas to be fed into a cylinder 42 from an air supply tube 24 to an air feeding tube 44 when the opening end of a center hole 51 of a piston 50 slidably inserted into the cylinder 42 is closed, and stops feeding when the opening end of the center hole is opened. The air/water feeding device 11 stops feeding of the gas to the air feeding tube 44 when the piston 50 is pushed down, and feeds the feeding liquid to be fed into the cylinder 42 from a water supply tube 26 to a water feeding tube 46. The air/water feeding device 11 comprises a partition wall member 57 fixed and attached inside the cylinder 42 for dividing the inside of the cylinder 42 into a first compartment for the gas to pass through the cylinder 42 and a second compartment for the feeding liquid to pass through the cylinder 42; and a sealing member 59 fixed to the partition wall member 57 to be pressure-welded to the whole inner surface of the cylinder 42.
