PURPOSE: A thermal insulation cover for pipes is provided to easily inspect the pipes by using a through-hole which is formed in a main body surrounding the outer circumference of the pipes and inner and outer coverings which selectively open/close the through-hole. CONSTITUTION: A thermal insulation cover for pipes is composed of a main body(100) composed of an inner cover(110) covering the outer circumference of a pipe(10) and an adiabatic material(120) covering the outer circumference of the inner cover, and an outer cover(130) covering the outer circumference of the adiabatic material; a through-hole which is formed from the inner cover to the outer cover; an inner covering which is inserted in the through-hole and has a grip and a thermal insulation; and an outer covering which covers the outside of the inner covering.
