The component has a retaining part and a clutch arm (16) swivelably connected via a ball joint. A bolting section of an actuating element i.e. rod-shaped component, forms a form fit connection with joint pins and/or with a joint housing in a bolting position of the component for locking the coupling arm at the retaining part. The joint pins define a joint axis, and the actuating element is movable toward the joint axis between a release position, in which the coupling arm is swivelable, and a locking position, in which the component is locked.
