Provided are a fuel tank and a fuel cell using the same, and an electronic apparatus, the fuel tank being capable of suppressing excessive supply when liquid such as fuel is manually supplied. The fuel tank (1) includes, in a part of a housing (10) accommodating a fuel liquid (12) inside the housing, a deformable part (10A) which is deformable with the external pressure. The deformable part (10A) has a shape of protruding in the outward direction with respect to an upper surface (S) of the housing (10), and is configured to be provided with a flat surface (10A-1) on the upper surface (S) of the housing (10) via a crooked part (10A-2). The deformable part (10A) is deformed such that the deformable part (10A) is reversed to be concave with respect to the upper surface (S) of the housing (10) by pressing the flat surface (10A-1) of the deformable part (10A) with a finger or a stick to apply the external pressure to the deformable part (10A) so that the inside capacity of the housing (10) is changed to push the fuel liquid (12) out.
